勞動部公告6月6日起，暫緩移工轉換及雇主接續聘僱！
雖然對移工和雇主造成不便和影響權益，但若為必要之防疫措施，請勞動部需有完善的配套措施，對於正在轉換期間的移工，或勞雇雙方已合意解約之情況，妥善的安排處理措施，新事中心已對於今日勞動部公布的公文內容，做出簡單摘要(中文和印尼、菲律賓、越南版)，提供給雇主與移工詳細瞭解。

Kementerian Tenaga Kerja mengumumkan bahwa mulai 6 Juni akan menunda (menanguhkan) permohonan pindah kerja dan perpanjangan kerja antara pekerja migran dan majikan!! Meskipun akan menimbulkan ketidaknyamanan dan mempengaruhi hak dan kepentingan pekerja migran dan majikan. Namun, jika diperlukan untuk mencegah epidemi, mohon Kementerian Tenaga Kerja menerapkan langkah-langkah pendukung yang lengkap. Untuk pekerja migran yang sedang dalam masa perpindahan, atau ketika kedua belah pihak telah sepakat untuk mengakhiri kontrak, atur tindakan penanganan yang sesuai untuk menghadapi situasi tersebut. Bộ Lao động đã thông báo bắt đầu từ ngày 6 tháng 6, sẽ hoãn việc nộp đơn xin chuyển chủ của lao động nước ngoài và việc xin tiếp tục thuê lao động nước ngoài của người sử dụng lao động
Tuy rằng việc này gây ra bất tiện, thậm chí ảnh hưởng đến quyền và lợi ích của người lao động nước ngoài cũng như chủ sử dụng lao động, nhưng vì cần thiết phải thực hiện để ngăn chặn dịch bệnh, do đó Bộ Lao động phải có các biện pháp phù hợp hoàn chỉnh. Đối với người lao động nước ngoài đang trong thời gian chuyển chủ, hoặc trong tình huống chủ thuê và lao động đã đồng ý chấm dứt hợp đồng, thì sẽ sắp xếp các biện pháp giải quyết hợp lý, đúng cách.
