On December 18, 2022, the Renum Novarum Center and Zhudong Catholic Church jointly organized the exhibition to present the result of theus year’s Dream Come True Project. Watch the teens making their dream come true!
This exhibition is a two-way blessing, opening up internation and communication for individuals and groups of all levels of society. The children of different tribal and cultural backgrounds showing their own learning experience and interact with one another through music. By the end, we hjad a activity for everyone in the neighbhorhood to particicpapate together, to initiate interaction in the community.
The protagonists of this achievement announcement are the aboriginal teenagers of the Renum Novarum Center afterschool courses. They set up booths outside the church, displaying and introducing their creations and the achievements of the multi-learning and Dream Come True Project. Every teenager is also sharing their works with joy. When they explain these works, they revealed their natural confidence and professionalism, and their creativity and imagination are beyond our expectations. After the mass, the teenagers played the guitar and danced. Watching their performance, we were really moved. These teens studied guitar from socratic to now where they can perform songs. Thisis the result of their persistence, and you can see how they put their heart and soul into it.
After the exhibition was concluded, we asked some of the aboriginal teenagers about their experiecne and feelings about the activity. Some of them gave good feedback, expressing that they felt very happy. Learning is a road of twists and turns. But it is amongst these twists, where we can improve ourselves to a stronger versions of ourselves.
